Thank you for this bold insight. I agree that changes are needed in either the food industry, our regulations, public communication or the enforcement of regulations if we are continue to look out for public health. I was not in agreement with Food Technology's previous publication of "Leave Well Enough Alone" http://www.ift.org/Food-Technology/Past-Issues/2013/August/Columns/PERSPECTIVE.aspx
